Be a Strong Leader in all Situations

On Jan 13 the Costa Concordia Cruise Ship ran aground off the Coast of Italy.

Captain Francesco Schettine was in command at the time. Although Captain Francesco admitted ”He messed up!!!”, his actions showed lack of Strong Leadership.

Below are examples of Strong Leadership:

A Strong Leader will put people first.
A Strong Leader is calm and stable under pressure.
A Strong Leader never runs away.
A Strong Leader is spending 90% of the time working on the solutions.

So the next time you are faced with a problem or disaster, remember to be a Strong Leader and you will most likely solve the problem/disaster and not cause more problems down the road
